Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Booking online or calling ahead is optional, but it helps if your model is uncommon and you'd like us to confirm the part first.
How long does a repair take?
Bench time is under an hour for most screen and battery replacements (about 45 minutes for a screen, 30 for a battery), and many are finished the same day, depending on whether we have the part. Charging ports and cameras take about an hour and HDMI ports about an hour and a half; board-level work and liquid damage take longer. We give you a specific estimate before we start.
When do I pay?
After the repair, when you pick up your device and see it working. The diagnostic is free: if you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.
