Every device that lands on our counter belongs to someone who needs it back: for work, for family, for the photos they can't lose.
So the first thing we do is look at it together, tell you what is really wrong and give you the price before any work begins. No jargon, no pressure, no surprises.
Then we fix it properly, test every function and hand it back the way we would want ours returned. Many repairs are done the same day.

We look at it together
You tell us what the device does and we check it with you at the counter. No jargon, no pressure.

What gets checked
Every device is different, so the list changes with the repair. This is what we look at:
Phones and tablets: touch and display, charging, cameras, speakers and microphone, buttons and signal.
Game consoles: power, picture and sound over HDMI, the disc drive or storage, the network port and controller pairing.
Laptops: screen, keyboard and trackpad, charging, battery, ports and Wi-Fi.
Smartwatches: screen and touch, buttons and crown, charging and the sensors we touched.
