Coverage and term
Every repair includes 90 days of warranty on the installed part and the labor. Battery replacements carry 180 days. The warranty starts the day you collect the device.

What we cover, for how long, and what falls outside it.
What it covers
Any failure of the component we installed, or a defect attributable to our work. If the same symptom returns within the term, we inspect and repair it at no charge.
What it doesn't cover
Impacts, drops or pressure on the device after the repair; liquid contact after collection; damage caused by third-party repairs performed after ours; and normal battery wear from charge cycles.
How to claim
Bring the device to the shop with your repair code or collection receipt. No appointment needed. We inspect it the same day and tell you whether the fault is covered.
Water damage
Liquid damage repairs carry a reduced 30-day warranty. Corrosion can keep advancing unpredictably after cleaning, and we explain that before we accept the job.

Each repair page shows its own term. Most repairs carry 90 days; a few carry more or less because of what they are.
