When a device will not power on, will not charge, or keeps restarting and the battery and charging port check out, the problem is usually on the board: a shorted component, a damaged trace or a failed charging chip. We diagnose at board level and repair the specific component with micro soldering instead of replacing the whole board whenever possible. If a board cannot be saved, we tell you before you spend anything more.

This repair carries a 90-day warranty on the installed part and the labor. It does not cover new impacts, drops or liquid contact after the repair. If the same fault comes back within that time, we look at it again at no charge.
