We confirm the battery is really the culprit first (sometimes it is the charging port), fit a new one, and check charging and battery behavior before handing the device back. When the part is in stock this is usually a quick, while-you-wait job.

We check battery health and charging first, because a worn port or a software fault can look the same. If it is not the battery, we say so, and you do not pay for a battery you did not need.
It can be. A battery that lifts the screen or the back cover should not keep being charged or squeezed. Switch the device off and bring it in as soon as you can, and we replace it safely.
Typically about 30 min. Many repairs are finished the same day, depending on the issue and on whether we have the part. We give you an estimate when we quote.
This repair carries a 180-day warranty on the installed part and the labor. It does not cover new impacts, drops or liquid contact after the repair. If the same fault comes back within that time, we look at it again at no charge.
