We test charging with a known-good cable. If the controller still will not hold a charge, we check the battery too, so you know which part is at fault before you decide.
Typically about 1 h. Many repairs are finished the same day, depending on the issue and on whether we have the part. We give you an estimate when we quote.
This repair carries a 90-day warranty on the installed part and the labor. It does not cover new impacts, drops or liquid contact after the repair. If the same fault comes back within that time, we look at it again at no charge.
